Prescription to see a specialist for computer problems
Has your device been acting up lately, and you can’t seem to find anyone to help? Our team can assist you with updating your drivers, installing completely new systems, and with even more specialized issues that require a specialist. Treatment is always free of charge, applies to all participants of the Chemnitz Linux Days, and is available even without a health insurance card. However, it is important that you bring your PC, laptop, tablet, or, if applicable, your cell phone with you for a more detailed examination.
To establish your medical history and avoid excessive wait times, advance registration at the surgery is required by March 24, 2026. You can find detailed information about risks and side effects in the terms and conditions of participation (only available in German).
Appointments are available on both days. When registering, just as you would in a real doctor’s office, please don’t forget to provide a brief description of your symptoms. This makes planning easier for the practice team.
